Legal Terms

Terms and Conditions

Use of this platform means that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions in full. Please review these provisions carefully before creating an account, registering a business, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of the service.

1. Definitions

  • Platform: The website, application, management panel, and all related services provided by this system.
  • User: Any individual or legal entity that registers on the platform or uses its services.
  • Service provider: Any person, company, clinic, office, or business that uses the platform to manage clients, appointments, records, cases, follow-ups, or related operations.
  • Business or job: Any service-based entity, practice, clinic, repair center, salon, advisory office, or other operational unit created by a user within the platform.
  • Client or customer: Any person whose information is registered in the platform by the user or service provider, including patients, visitors, customers, or service applicants.

2. Acceptance of Terms

  • Registration, account access, business creation, data entry, use of features, or subscription purchase constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • If a user does not agree with any part of these terms, they must not use the platform.
  • Users agree to comply with applicable laws, the rights of others, and generally accepted standards of lawful and ethical conduct while using the platform.

3. Registration and Account Information

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and platform use.
  • The accuracy of mobile numbers, names, business details, addresses, contact information, customer records, and all other submitted data remains the sole responsibility of the user.
  • Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, passwords, verification codes, and overall account security.
  • Any use of the account, whether by the user directly or by persons granted access by the user, remains the responsibility of the account owner and related business owner.
  • If unauthorized access or suspicious use is detected, the user must notify platform support without delay.

4. Ownership of Businesses Created on the Platform

  • Any user who creates an account and registers a business or job within the platform is recognized as the owner of that business within the system.
  • The business owner is responsible for members, records, permissions, appointments, files, reports, and all activities associated with that business.
  • Where multiple people operate under one business, the business owner is responsible for assigning roles, controlling access levels, and supervising member activity.
  • Any dispute regarding ownership of a business, brand, clinic, office, service center, or account falls outside the platform’s responsibility. The platform may act based on registered information and, where necessary, valid supporting documentation.

5. Permitted Use of the Platform

  • The platform may only be used for lawful and authorized purposes related to client management, appointments, records, follow-ups, operational workflows, and similar legitimate business activities.
  • Misuse, false data registration, impersonation, harassment, unlawful content, infringement of rights, unauthorized access attempts, disruption of services, or use outside reasonable professional norms is prohibited.
  • The platform may limit, suspend, or remove a user’s access if a violation is detected.
  • If a user’s conduct causes damage to the platform or other users, responsibility for compensation remains with that user.

6. Appointments, Scheduling, and Visit Management

  • The platform provides tools to register, manage, and track appointments and service visits.
  • Responsibility for appointment accuracy, service capacity, time changes, cancellations, client coordination, and related notifications belongs to the service provider or business owner.
  • The platform only provides management tools and is not responsible for no-shows, delays, cancellations, scheduling mistakes, or disputes between service providers and clients.
  • If reminders, SMS notifications, or alerts are enabled, delivery may depend on technical conditions, operator availability, internet disruptions, telecom restrictions, or inaccurate user-provided information.

7. Client Information, Records, and History

  • The user or service provider is responsible for all information entered into the platform, including client records, files, history, notes, services delivered, follow-ups, and similar content.
  • Users agree to register only information they are lawfully permitted to collect, store, and use.
  • Users must obtain any necessary consent from their clients or customers before registering or using such information where applicable.
  • The platform is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or legality of data submitted by users.
  • Any dispute or claim raised by clients, customers, or third parties regarding registered information remains the responsibility of the user or business owner involved.

8. SMS and Notifications

  • By registering, creating an account, providing a mobile number, or using the service, the user agrees that the platform may send SMS messages related to login verification, alerts, reminders, appointments, subscriptions, payments, support, and other service-related communications.
  • The user also accepts that, where messaging features are enabled for a business, SMS communications may be sent to customers or clients whose information has been registered by that business.
  • Responsibility for providing correct phone numbers and obtaining any required customer consent for SMS delivery remains with the user or business owner.
  • The platform makes reasonable efforts to ensure SMS delivery, but delays or failures may occur due to mobile operator disruptions, telecom restrictions, device availability, blocked messages, incorrect numbers, or technical issues outside platform control.
  • The platform is not liable for losses arising from delayed, failed, or interrupted SMS delivery.

9. Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Refund Policy

  • The platform may offer paid plans or paid access to certain services and features.
  • Because the platform provides a one-week free trial period, users have an opportunity to evaluate features, service quality, limitations, and general suitability before making a purchase.
  • Purchasing a subscription after the free trial means the user has reviewed the platform and accepts its available features, structure, and conditions.
  • Due to the existence of the free trial, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after purchase or activation unless the platform explicitly announces otherwise in writing.
  • Non-use of the subscription, change of mind, business closure, unsuitable fit for a specific business model, or failure to evaluate features during the trial period does not create a right to a refund.
  • Payments made for subscriptions, SMS usage, additional services, add-ons, or optional features are ordinarily non-refundable.

10. Feature Evaluation During the Free Trial

  • All users are expected to evaluate required platform capabilities during the free trial period.
  • Features such as client management, files, records, appointments, follow-ups, reports, team members, permissions, SMS tools, and related capabilities should be reviewed during this period.
  • If a user purchases a subscription after the free trial ends, that purchase is treated as confirmation that the available features and current limitations are accepted.
  • The platform has no obligation to build custom or exclusive features outside its current capabilities unless a separate agreement is made.
  • Some features may change, improve, be removed, or be replaced in the future. The platform will attempt to communicate material changes when appropriate.

11. Payments, Invoices, and Subscription Renewal

  • Payment for subscriptions or additional services must be made using the payment methods announced by the platform.
  • Users are responsible for entering correct information during the payment process.
  • When a subscription expires, access to certain features may be limited or suspended.
  • The platform may change the pricing of plans, services, optional features, or SMS costs in the future.
  • Updated pricing will generally apply to new purchases or future renewals.

12. Security, Backups, and Technical Incidents

  • The platform applies reasonable technical and operational measures to protect information, reduce unauthorized access, and limit the risk of disruption, data loss, or system compromise.
  • Despite these efforts, no online service can guarantee complete protection against cyberattacks, software defects, server issues, internet failures, datacenter incidents, human error, or other unforeseen events.
  • If an event such as intrusion, service failure, data deletion, or infrastructure damage occurs, the platform will make reasonable efforts to restore service stability and recover data where possible.
  • If full data recovery is not possible, the platform is not responsible for financial compensation, refunds, damages, or guaranteeing complete restoration of lost information.
  • Users acknowledge that maintaining their own backups of important business information, where feasible, can reduce the impact of potential data loss.
  • The platform may temporarily limit or disable certain accounts where necessary to protect service security or platform integrity.

13. Privacy

User information is used only for service delivery, account management, support, user experience improvement, notifications, payment processing, and other functions directly related to platform operations.

  • The platform does not share user information with unrelated third parties except where required for lawful service delivery or authorized by applicable legal process.
  • Where legally required, by order of competent authorities, or to protect the platform’s lawful rights, necessary information may be disclosed in accordance with applicable law.
  • Users are responsible for obtaining any required permission from their clients, customers, or related persons before recording their information in the platform.

14. Content Registration and Display

  • Users are responsible for all content registered in the platform, including business names, descriptions, images, contact information, services, pricing, notes, and related materials.
  • Content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, unethical, false, infringing, or otherwise harmful is prohibited.
  • The platform may remove, edit, or restrict access to content that violates these terms or appears suspicious or reported, without prior notice.

15. Responsibility Toward Clients and Customers

  • The platform is solely a software tool for managing information, appointments, records, and follow-ups.
  • The quality of services delivered to clients, pricing decisions, fulfillment of obligations, responsiveness, cancellations, and service disputes remain the responsibility of the service provider.
  • The platform is not a contracting party between the client and the service provider and accepts no responsibility for disputes, dissatisfaction, claims, or damages arising between them.

16. Limitation of Liability

  • The platform aims to provide a stable and high-quality service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent access.
  • Internet disruptions, server problems, cyberattacks, power outages, datacenter incidents, telecom restrictions, infrastructure changes, or other external factors may temporarily affect service availability.
  • The platform is not liable for direct or indirect loss arising from outages, interruptions, data loss, failed SMS delivery, user error, misuse, or business decisions made by users.
  • Use of the platform is at the user’s own responsibility, and users should verify important information before relying on it for major decisions.

17. Account Restriction, Suspension, or Deletion

  • If a user violates these terms, misuses the platform, behaves suspiciously, causes disruption, fails to pay required fees, or a lawful authority requires action, the platform may restrict, suspend, or delete the related account or business.
  • Suspension or deletion resulting from user misconduct does not create any right to compensation or refund.
  • If a user deletes an account, some information may remain stored for a limited period in accordance with technical policies, lawful obligations, or operational requirements before being removed.

18. Platform Updates and Feature Changes

  • The platform may revise features, appearance, structure, plans, pricing, rules, or service components to improve overall quality and operation.
  • Some features may be removed, restricted, replaced, or moved to other plans on a temporary or permanent basis.
  • Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and changes.

19. Platform Communications

  • The platform may communicate important matters related to accounts, subscriptions, security, support, updates, or service notices through SMS, email, in-panel notifications, phone calls, or other available channels.
  • Users are responsible for keeping their registered communication details accurate and up to date.
  • Failure to read messages, incorrect contact details, or lack of access to a registered communication channel does not create liability for the platform.

20. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights related to the platform’s design, code, structure, name, brand, interface, proprietary content, and service features belong to the platform owners.
  • Users may not copy, sell, publish, reverse engineer, misuse, or otherwise exploit the platform’s technical or content components without authorization.

21. Changes to These Terms

The platform may update these terms and conditions at any time if needed. The revised version becomes effective once published on the website, and continued use of the platform after publication means acceptance of the updated version.

Important Notice

Use of the platform means acceptance of all provisions above. Users are strongly encouraged to review all required features during the one-week free trial before purchasing or renewing a subscription.

Free Trial Reminder

Each business is given a limited free trial period. Please use the trial first and purchase a subscription only after confirming that the platform meets your operational needs. Because a free evaluation period is available, subscription payments are not ordinarily refundable. Suggestions, complaints, or requests for specific features may be submitted through the Contact Us page.

Operational Principle

Barsica is built as a business management platform for service-based operations. The platform provides tools for organization, communication, and workflow management, while responsibility for lawful use, data accuracy, and customer-facing service remains with the business owner or authorized operator.
